Welcome to Food Fairy Prep! My joy of cooking began at age 5 when my grandmother put me on a stool to learn how to flip an egg. I was hooked. Cooking for others has always been my love language, and time in the kitchen is what I call my happy place.

I became serious about meal prep when my mother-in-law lost her husband in 2018. Providing meals for her became my mission. Cooking for one is difficult, and I wanted to remove that burden for her. With a full-time job, I had to find a way to better organize my efforts.

I continue to add additional family members to the list of those in need of comfort food. I take every opportunity to find friends in need of my support as well. I delight in finding a beautiful casserole dish that is a keep sake for their kitchen. My hope is that they will pay it forward and find someone else that needs to be supported with delicious food.
