Ingredients
Pasta
16 oz your favorite pasta (penne, fusilli, or cavatappi)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp olive oil (for boiling noodles)
Dressing
Juice of 1 lemon
1 cup olive oil
¼ cup white wine vinegar
3 TBS honey
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dried Italian seasoning (or Italian seasoning grinder)
¼ cup banana pepper ring juice
Vegetables & Add-Ins
1 English cucumber, chopped
1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup banana pepper rings
¾ cup feta cheese
Nature’s Seasoning, to taste

Directions
Cook the pasta according to package directions, adding salt and olive oil to the boiling water. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.
Prepare the dressing by whisking together all dressing ingredients until well combined.
Chop the vegetables and set aside.
Assemble the salad in a large bowl or container by combining the cooked pasta, vegetables, feta cheese, and dressing. Season with Nature’s Seasoning to taste and mix well.
